With over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, and once a weight-loss patient himself, Zeke has overcome the past physical limiting challenges of scoliosis and kyphosis of the spine during his teenage years, to now lead a life dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Zeke is a past National Champion and runner-up World Champion in physique competitions and pairs that experience and lifelong knowledge to his personal commitment to help patients of all ages needing nutritional expertise and guidance.

In his Genesys Wellness Platform, Zeke targets body chemistry and lowers toxicity levels in the body helping those patients develop weight-loss sustainability patterns, while finding maintenance in all aspects of food, body weight and balance. Blackened Chicken1 lb. chicken breast boneless, skinless (2 large or 3 small)2 tablespoon olive oil divided1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon chipotle seasoning, no sugar added½ teaspoon cumin½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt¼ teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon lime juice or more2 tablespoon cilantro chopped1. Place the chicken on a plate and set aside.2. Whisk 1 tablespoon oil, along with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, chipotle seasoning, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.3. Spoon the mixture over the chicken, then use your hands to completely coat the chicken on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.4. Next, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Allow 2 minute for the oil to get hot, then place the chicken smooth-side down into the skillet and cook it for 4 minutes.5, Use kitchen tongs to flip the chicken over, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook the chicken for 5-8 more minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
